Restaurant Supervisor / Manager
For nearly 60 years, Village Inn has been serving up crave-worthy breakfasts, classic comfort food, and our famous pies—all powered by great people and even better hospitality. Now we’re looking for a leader who’s ready to bring the energy, guide the team, and keep the good vibes (and great food) flowing.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Run the show on your shifts: leading the team, keeping operations smooth, and making sure every guest leaves happy. You’ll coach and motivate your crew, uphold food quality and safety standards, assist with training and scheduling, jump in to resolve guest concerns, and help drive success through smart labor, inventory, and promotions. Bonus points if you love being part of community events!
What We’re Looking For:
Someone with restaurant or hospitality leadership experience who knows how to communicate, stay organized in the chaos (the good kind), and genuinely enjoys building strong teams. You’ve got a passion for guest service, can work flexible shifts (yes, nights and weekends), and either have your ServSafe certification or can get it quickly.
