We’re looking for a hands-on Kitchen Manager who thrives in the fast-paced energy of a busy restaurant. This role is all about leading the back-of-house with confidence, driving food quality, managing the team, and keeping operations running smoothly from prep to plate. Inventory & Ordering: Keep the kitchen stocked and smart: manage ordering, maintain par levels, and control food costs like a pro.

Team Leadership: Build, coach, and schedule a high-performing kitchen team that shows up ready to win every shift.

Food Quality: Own every plate, ensure consistency, presentation, and quality through line checks and daily standards.

Clean & Safe Kitchen: Set the standard for cleanliness and food safety.

Communication: Stay connected with leadership and your team to solve problems quickly and keep operations tight.

Systems & Execution: Run a sharp operation with prep lists, order guides, and daily walkthroughs that keep everything on track.
What You Bring to the Table
- Proven experience leading a high-volume kitchen
- A natural leader who can motivate, coach, and hold a team accountable
- High standards for cleanliness, organization, and food safety
- Strong communicator who stays calm and effective under pressure
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Physically ready for the job (lifting up to 50 lbs, being on your feet, etc.)
- Knowledge of food cost control, inventory systems, and scheduling tools
- Food safety certification (ServSafe or similar)
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays when needed
